Experience & Education
Christian Frey is in his second decade of practicing law at the firm of Lepley, Engelman & Yaw.  He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States Middle District Court of PA. In 2013, Christian was admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court. 

Frey's courtroom experience spans all manner of criminal law, civil litigation, traffic violations, and landlord tenant disputes, all of which are indicative of the types of cases that appear before a District Judge. 


Christian is a graduate of Williamsport Area High School. He attended Lycoming College on scholarship, graduating in 1999.  He was awarded a second scholarship to attend Roger Williams University School of Law where he received his law degree in 2003. He passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam that same year.

Family Ties
Christian's grandfather, Charles Frey, co-owned the Knittle and Frey Feed Mill. 

His father was a Math teacher at Williamsport Area High School for over thirty years.  His mother is local seamstress who works from their home
in Old Lycoming Township.

Christian Frey met his wife, Michele, while attending law school and the two have been married for more than ten years.

The Freys reside on West Fourth Street
in Newberry.
